Guest speaker: Conrad Pilditch, Biological Sciences Professor from Waikato University, talking about the value of estuaries and how they need to be protected. He is familiar with the Okura Estuary.

Also come to hear about the Society’s involvement in the Auckland Unitary Plan hearings process: what it sought, what it opposed, what this involved and the recommendations made from the Hearings Panel.
